These terms govern your use of Third Ring, an AI phone assistant for small businesses. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.
Third Ring answers phone calls your staff can't get to, answers questions from the business details you approve, takes messages, and sends you call summaries and alerts by text message, with everything also available in your Third Ring dashboard. You keep your existing phone number; calls reach Third Ring through conditional call forwarding that you set up with your carrier and can turn off at any time.
By signing up, you agree to receive text messages from Third Ring: daily call digests, urgent call alerts, and account notifications. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The assistant is an AI. It follows the rules you set, it never quotes prices or promises appointment times unless you configure it to, and it identifies itself as an AI assistant when asked. Like any phone answerer, it can mishear or make mistakes. Review your call summaries, and don't rely on the assistant for emergencies or for legal, medical, or financial advice.
Don't use Third Ring to mislead callers, to make or receive unlawful calls or messages, to collect information from children, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third Ring is billed monthly in advance at the price you agreed to at signup, plus any one-time setup fee. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
The service is provided "as is." Phone networks, carriers, and AI systems can fail, and we don't guarantee that every call will be answered or every message delivered. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business from a missed call or an inaccurate message.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us and turning off call forwarding. We can suspend or end service for non-payment or for breaking these terms, with notice when practical.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
